7:59 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to report from McDonald’s regarding a male subject refusing to leave and in verbal altercation with store owner. Subject is being threatened; associated with white 1997 Toyota Camry. General services rendered.


10:09 a.m. – Found property. Officer Jim Bell responds to report from caller on Central Park Avenue who found a crack pipe on her property while moving her lawn. Report taken.


12:22 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Deputy Justin Newton responded to request for assistance by Child Protective Services. Report taken.


2:02 p.m. – Warrant service. Officers Jim Bell and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Clearlake

Marina Mobile Home Park, Park Street. Report taken.


2:18 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


2:20 p.m. – Followup. Officer-initiated activity at Polk Street. General services rendered.


2:20 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Highway 29 and 11th Street. Warning.

4:19 p.m. – Followup. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Regency Inn, N. Main Street. Gone on arrival.

8:43 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller on Rancheria Road reports subject will not let her have

her belongings; no drinking, no weapons. Yellow Camaro parked in front of her residence. General

services rendered.


8:49 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Stolen vehicle; blue Chevrolet, female driver, total of three people in the car. General services rendered.
