12:25 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity in the 100 block of S. Main Street; 1999 Ford. Warning.


12:31 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Richard Santor, Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Chief Kevin Burke and Officer Destry Henderson respond to report of a loud party at the old Victorian residence on First and N. Forbes streets. Twenty subjects yelling and setting off fireworks. Warning.


1:02 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at S. Main and C streets; 2003 Nissan four-door; report taken.


1:17 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Destry Henderson, Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke respond to Lakeport Fire Department request for a welfare check on a 56-year-old male at Sunshine Manor, Giselman Road. Subject may have overdosed on methadone and is refusing to go to the

hospital. Outside agency assist.


1:40 a.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets. Warning.


1:45 a.m. – Public disturbance. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Chief Kevin Burke, and Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson initiate activity at Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


1:53 a.m. – Traffic stop. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Chief Kevin Burke initiate activity at N. Main and Fourth streets, between Fourth and Fifth streets, 2006 Ford pickup. Warning.


2:13 a.m. – Bar check. Chief Kevin Burke and Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiate activity at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Arrest made.


2:15 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Destry Henderson and Richard Santor respond to verbal disturbance on Fifth Street. Suspect and two other males are unknown to the female caller. General services rendered.


3:49 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Bevins and Martin streets. General services rendered.


4:11 a.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Deputies Glen Capurro and Don McPherson, and Officer Richard Santor initiate activity at Highway 175 and Mathews Road. General services rendered.


5:30 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Richard Santor initiates activity at Hill Road Correctional Facility, Helbush Drive. General services rendered.


9:12 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responds to possible parking violation reported on Esplanade Street. Parking citation.


9:57 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiates activity at 13th and N. High Street. Warning.


10:39 a.m. – 911 hang up, Parallel Drive, static only; busy on callback. Per operator static heard; possible trouble on line. General services rendered.


1:41 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Jim Bell and Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. Warning.


2:05 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiates activity at Blockbuster, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


2:10 p.m. – 911 hang up; Parallel Drive, static only, static on call back. Per operator no conversation, can hear static. General services rendered.


2:19 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiates activity at Tower Mart, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


2:26 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell respond to possible parking violation on N. Forbes and 11th streets. Small brown bus with trailer behind; unreadable plates, out of place, occupied by male with backpack; tinted windows. General services rendered.


2:54 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell, Det. Mike Curran and Deputy Carla Hockett respond to verbal disturbance reported in business on S. Main Street Responsible on scene; white male, 30s, 6 feet tall, heavy, brown hair. Last seen wearing black shirt, gray shorts, walking over to sales building. General services rendered.


3:36 p.m. – Follow up. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Jim Bell initiate activity at Konocti Avenue. Gone on arrival.


3:36 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Destry Henderson responds to Rob Brown Bail Bonds regarding having a prisoner in custody with oncoming Lakeport Police unit in front of him on the highway, northbound, just passing Bell Hill. Outside agency assist.


3:43 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiates activity at The Game Shop, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


4:45 p.m. – Shoplifter. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson respond to Kmart where two juveniles who allegedly shoplifted are with security in back office. Report taken; released on cite.


6:27 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson respond to verbal disturbance on Parallel Drive; parties separated in same house. Caller's wife is drunk and yelling at him. Negative drugs, negative weapons. General services rendered.


7:52 Pedestrian check. Officer Richard Santor initiates activity at S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard. With one; general services rendered.


8:25 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officers Destry Henderson and Richard Santor respond to report of a subject who just left residence on N. Brush Street with his 6-year-old son. Subject was on drugs; last seen heading toward Sixth Street 10 minutes ago; no custody papers but child placed in caller’s care by the child’s mother. Vehicle is a white 1998 Ford Bronco four-wheel drive, two-door. General services rendered.


8:33 p.m. – 911 hang up. Parallel Drive, static only. General services rendered.


10:30 p.m. – Mental illness/detention. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson, and Sgt. Dale Stoebe respond to caller on 10th Street who says their son is drunk in his room; screaming and making pounding noises; negative drugs, negative weapons. Warning.
