12:00 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main and Second streets. Warning issued.


12:17 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Kevin Odom and Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bevins Court. Warning issued.


12:43 a.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. CHP reported vehicle northbound Highway 29, south of Highland Springs. Two male subjects with dark shirts and camo pants stumbling in the roadway seven minutes ago. Outside agency assist.


1:07 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Michael Williams and Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at South Main Street and C Street – Moving Violation Citation


1:50 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Deputy Michael Williams and Officer Richard Santor and Kevin Odom initiated activity at TJs, S. Main St. Arrest made, released on cite.


1:53 a.m. – Public Disturbance. Deputies Frank Walsh and Christopher Fisher respond to Robinson Rancheria, E. Highway 20, Upper Lake. Large physical fight in the bar – no weapons seen. Report taken.


2:20 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson responded to 911 caller who reports her boyfriend, 42 years old, is breaking things in the house on Lakeshore Boulevard; under the influence, negative weapons. Caller has a 16-year-old daughter in the house. Warning issued.


2:49 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officers Destry Henderson and Kevin Odom responded to resident on Eighth Street who just saw three teenagers attempt to steal a Kawasaki street bike. Motorcycle is still in the driveway; subjects fled down Eighth Street, toward Christian Church. Suspects described as three white male juveniles, one with red shirt, one with white shirt and all three had dark ball caps. Report taken.


3:01 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Deputy Michael Williams, and Officers Richard Santor, Destry Henderson and Kevin Odom respond to resident on Central Park Avenue who reported a man was in her backyard, yelling; unknown what he was yelling. Caller believes he was trying to get her son to come out. By the end of the call, caller states the responsible was headed back to his residence. Report taken; released on cite.


4:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Deputies Officer Frank Walsh and Michael Williams, and Officer Richard Santor respond to a reporter who awoke to a noise in his backyard on Royale Avenue; now sees a male walking toward Chevron. Subject just pulled a board out of a truck; described as white male adult, bald, black shirt, white emblem on back, camo pants. Warning issued.


5:30 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Safeway, 11th Street. General services rendered.


8:09 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Norm Taylor responded to theft of items from back patio at Lakeport Lagoons, S. Main Street. Unknown respondents; report taken.


9:10 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Norm Taylor responded to Skylark Motel, N. Main Street, reported sliding glass door has been shattered. Report taken.


10:51 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Hill Road Correctional Facility, Helbush Street. Report taken.


11:50 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Unknown male subject in a green truck told caller to watch out and caller feels threatened. Took place at Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


12:19 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to Clearlake Marina Mobile where it was reported that a landscaper has broken a window. Subject not willing to give caller any information, requests officer. Civil assist.


12:29 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to Tower Mart, Lakeport Boulevard, where it was reported a white male and white female, both in their 50s, driving gold Grand Am four-door, were driving with an open alcoholic beverage. Last seen headed toward Main Street. General services rendered.


1:02 p.m. – Coroner's report. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to report of a possible suicide by pills. Report taken.


3:40 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at N. Main and Seventh streets. General services rendered.


4:26 p.m. – Welfare check. Deputy Michael Williams and Officer Destry Henderson responded to anonymous female's request for a welfare check for a white male, 50s, slumped on park bench at Lake County Museum, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


6:17 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Jason Ferguson and Destry Henderson, and Deputy Michael Williams initiated activity at Todd Road; 2008 Chevrolet four-door. Report taken.


10:26 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputies Mauricio Barreto and Michael Williams, and Officer Destry Henderson responded to report from anonymous female regarding two vehicles that were driving erratically and kept stopping in the roadway. Subjects pulled into Safeway, vehicles were a silver car and a white Lexus four-door. Warning.
