12:33 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Officer Richard Santor responded to a report of a male making sexual comments in calls. Gone on arrival.


1:48 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Willopoint Resort, First Street. Warning.


2:08 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Richard Santor and Kevin Odom responded to a loud party reported at Skylark Motel, N. Main Street. Warning issued.


2:10 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Richard Santor responded to report of male sitting on bench

drinking beer at N. Main and Third streets. Gone on arrival.


6:29 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to report of obscene sounds in the background of a call, ongoing problem throughout the night. Caller asks obscene questions then hangs up. When asked for his location, he states he is in Kelseyville but he actually appears to be calling from S. Estep. Called into Verizon Wireless, it is a Trac Fone only; called Trac Fone, no contacts with alternate phone or cell number in RIMS or reverse number lookup. General services rendered.


7:19 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. Reminded the caller about abusing 911; stayed on long enough for latitude/longitude triangulation. Incident location was First Street and South Estep. Gone on arrival.


7:38 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at courthouse, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


7:45 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to report from a caller who reports he woke up and there was a male sleeping on his couch. Caller threw him out and he is walking up the street. Respondent is white male, approximately 30 years old, 5’9”, thin, has a goatee; last

seen wearing: black shirt with Bugs Bunny on it. Last seen on foot, walking down Forest Street toward Hartley Street. Caller is walking behind him following. Report taken.


11:34 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Main and Fourth streets, Kelseyville. Warning issued.


12:49 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jason Ferguson responded to report of a white van parked in a no parking zone in front of Martin Street. Gone on arrival.


3:31 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Jason Ferguson and Destry Henderson and sheriff's Sgt. Gary Basor and Deputy Cynthia Radoumis responded to report of 10 males reported to be assaulting individuals as they walk past at Lake County Fairgrounds on Martin Street. Subjects said to be White Power members, unknown weapons. Gone on arrival.


4:10 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Jason Ferguson and Destry Henderson and sheriff's Sgt. Gary Basor and Deputy Cynthia Radoumis respond to 10 subjects physically fighting, unknown weapons at TNT on the Lake on First Street. Caller refused further information and disconnected. Report taken.


4:42 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Anonymous female reports male and female were hiding in the store, Valero Gas, S. Main Street. Male described as early 20s left in black vehicle; female also early 20s left on foot toward Willopoint. Possibly related to TNT incident. General services rendered.


4:57 p.m. – Officer Destry Henderson and sheriff's Sgt. Gary Basor and Deputy Cynthia Radoumis initiated activity at TNT on the Lake on First Street. Report taken.


7:57 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Kevin Odom initiated activity at Forest Drive. Warning.


8:17 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Kmart parking lot, S. Main Street. Warning.


8:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Howard Avenue and Rainbow Road. White 2003 Hyundai Elantra gets moving violation citation.


8:55 p.m. – Music disturbance. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor respond to report of loud music coming from a small white Toyota with the trunk up on Armstrong and S. Russell streets. Gone on arrival.


9:15 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Destry Henderson, Michael Williams and Richard Santor initiated activity at South Main Street and Lily Cove Avenue. Warning issued.


10:35 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Forbes and 15th streets. White 1991 Inititi GXT stopped. General Services Rendered.


11:43 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officers Michael Williams and Richard Santor initiated activity in the 100 block of Forest Drive. Parking citation.
