1:20 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Call detail: Two male subjects harassing the caller via cell text messages. General services rendered.


2:08 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Frank Walsh and Jim Bell initiated activity at N. High Street and 11th Street. Warning issued.


12:36 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Blockbuster on Lakeport Boulevard where a customer told the clerk there were two male subjects in the parking lot in a verbal, but the caller does not see anyone out there now. Gone on arrival.


2:07 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard, where a cash embezzlement was reported. Report taken


3:47 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to a 911 caller who reported that a red SUV at N. Forbes and Ninth streets, which was turning east on 10th Street, was throwing things at citizens on the street and in yards. Gone on arrival.


5:06 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main and Martin streets. Moving violation citation issued.


5:44 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Dale Stoebe and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to Safeway on 11th Street where it was reported that a white van full of 21 to 24 year old people were harassing customers, possibly under the influence, parked in front of store. Vehicle description was a white 1998 Ford. Warning issued.


7:17 p.m. – Followup. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Forbes Apartments on S. Forbes Street. Gone on arrival.


9:00 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Dale Stoebe, Jim Bell and Jay Vanoven respond to Biggs 155 Diner on Park Street reported 15 to 20 people in a physical fight at Library Park. Outside agency assist.


9:50 p.m. – Followup. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Sixth Street. General services rendered.
