12:17 a.m. – Be on the lookout from California Highway Patrol. A black sedan reported to be driving under the influence – swerving and crossing lanes on Soda Bay Road and Highway 175. Gone on arrival.


12:40 a.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Kevin Odom initiated activity at Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street, for a verbal. Warning.


2:13 a.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Jarvis Leishman and Kevin Odom, and Deputies Corey Paulich and Frank Walsh respond to a report of a male shaking a female in a driveway approximately five to six houses in from Soda Bay Road and Yellow Hammer Lane. General services rendered.


8:52 a.m. – Theft of up to $400. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor respond to a report from a vendor with display at top who was victim of theft at Skylark Shores Resort, N. Main Street. Occurred last night about 10 p.m. Checks OK.


10:30 a.m. – Residential burglary. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor responded to a burglary that occurred within the last 10 days on S. Main Street. Report taken.


2:09 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor initiated activity at Campbell Lane and S. Main Street. Black SUV. Warning.


2:55 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officers Michael Williams and Norm Taylor responded to caller at Kmart pay phone who reports his friend is being held for ransom from somewhere else – is requesting the caller send him money as he is being tortured. Caller has not done so yet and will be standing in front of Kmart – white male adult, last seen wearing khaki shirt and black BDUs. Report taken.


4:12 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main Street and Martin Street. Warning.


4:15 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officers Dale Stoebe and Jason Ferguson initiated activity at N. Main Street and 11th Street. General services rendered.


4:54 p.m. – Civil complaint involving violation of child custody order. Most recent occurred yesterday – location Lake County Sheriff’s Office Martin Street. Report taken.


6:16 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Dale Stoebe responds to a report of a white female, 20s, blonde hair in pony tail, gray sleeveless t-shirt, grayish black bag, pushing a stroller down the Fairview Way and Green, swearing at nobody or at the child. Checks OK.


6:34 p.m. – A 911 hang up reported from residence on Martin Street. On callback female stated she dialed the wrong number, when asked what number she was dialing she hung up, busy on call back, had the operator try to interrupt the line and didn’t get a response. Second call back to residence spoke to person who misdialed on accident. No emergency. General services rendered.


7:38 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Christopher Fisher and Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Highway 29 and Highway 175. Citizen flag down. General services rendered.


8:16 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Richard Santor with caller by the mailboxes at the end of the road on Parallel Drive. A 13-year-old is reporting mother was yelling and smoking drugs in the house. Warning.


9:11 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Buckhorn Club, N. Main Street. Citizen flag down. General services rendered.


9:52 p.m. – Welfare check. Officer Dale Stoebe responded to Grocery Outlet employee, who reported an elderly white male adult who has been sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot since he got to work this morning at 5 a.m. Vehicle is a silver 2003 Ford four-door parked under the marquis sign. General services rendered.


10:33 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main Street and Oak Knoll Avenue; 1990 Lexus four-door. Warning.


11:02 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Jacob Steely and Bryan Smith. A 911 caller reports the neighbors were physically fighting in the yard on Meadow Drive and Soda Bay Road. Now one subject left in a vehicle, other subject is still standing in the yard and there are four small children on scene – unknown if there are drugs or weapons. Unknown injuries or alcohol. Vehicle: dark blue or black Dodge Neon. Report taken.
