12:18 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Library Park; 2001 Toyota four-door. Checks OK.


12:35 a.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Clear Lake High School. Checks OK.


12:40 a.m. – Open door. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Clear Lake High School. Cafeteria room open by office. Checks OK.


12:42 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officers Jim Bell and Walter White initiated activity at E. Highway 20 and Lakeshore Extension, Nice. Citizens assist.


12:42 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Giselman and Sayre Street. Checks OK.


1:04 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1994 Jeep. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Howard Avenue, across from bus barn. Checks OK.


2:15 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responds to 911 call reporting a subject in a red 1995 model Camaro keeps following him. Currently on 11th Street and High Street. General services rendered.


2:37 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at 10th Street and N. Forbes Street; 2004 Mazda four-door. Warning.


3:56 a.m. – Audible fire alarm activation at Lakeport Skilled Nursing, 16th Street. Station 500 copies. False alarm.


10:19 a.m. – Officer Norm Taylor takes report for found backpack with suspicious items on Seventh Street and Manzanita.


1:36 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S&K Automotive, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


2:04 p.m. – A 911 hang up reported at Park Place Restaurant, Third Street. Did not connect. On callback spoke with employee who advised a customer tripped. Will call back if ambulance is needed. General services rendered.


2:42 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Officer Dale Stoebe takes report for theft of items from boat parked on S. Main Street.


5:03 p.m. – Officers Dale Stoebe, Maurelio Barreto and Glenn Capurro respond to report of a male and female in the middle of the street at 14th Street and High Street. General services rendered.


5:57 p.m. – Extra patrol. Caller requesting extra patrol due to several adult males and juveniles hanging out at Library Park, smoking drugs and harassing his family while their children are playing on the play equipment. General services rendered.


6:12 p.m. – LPD animal control issue. Anonymous male at Verizon Wireless, 11th Street, reports dogs left in a vehicle in front of store, for an hour. Black Scion. Just before hanging up, reporter stated the owners returned and left. General services rendered.


9:25 p.m. – Officer Jim Bell requested for civil standby for subject associated with black Toyota pickup to go to residence near the Courthouse to check for their son. Incident location Second and N. Forbes. General services rendered.
