12:29 a.m. – Be on the lookout. California Highway Patrol reported possible driving under the influence, silver Neon four-door, unknown plates; swerving, erratic speeds and tailgating. Incident location: S. Main Street and Hwy 175. General services rendered. Officer Kevin Odom unable to locate down to Rotten Robbie.


1:35 a.m. – Officers Jay Vanoven, Mauricio Barreto and Richard Santor stop 1996 Acura four-door at Clear Lake Avenue and Pool Street. Warning.


1:47 a.m. – Indecent exposure. Officers Kevin Odom and Richard Santor initiate activity at Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. Subjects urinating on buildings. General services rendered.


2:35 a.m. – Officers Kevin Odom and Richard Santor respond to Gossett Alarm report of audible alarm in the accounting office at Lakeport Christian School, S. Forbes Street. Checks OK.


8:59 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Highway 29 and 11th Street. Moving violation citation.


10:28 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at Highway 29 and Park Drive. Moving violation citation.


3:09 P.M. – Officer Norm Taylor initiated traffic stop at N. Main and 11th Street. Warning.


3:35 p.m. – LPD animal control issue – Officer Jason Ferguson checks Red Subaru with little dog inside and all windows rolled up at N. Main Street and Ninth Street. Checks OK.


6:07 p.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. General services rendered.


7:12 p.m. – An employee at Taco Bell reports male went through drive-thru with a 24-pack in his lap, with one open and drinking. Vehicle: white Ford pickup; last seen at Lakeport Boulevard, going toward Main Street two minutes ago. Vehicle description: 1999 Chevy. General services rendered.


7:21 p.m. – Officer Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Bevins and Bevins Court. Moving violation citation.


7:51 p.m. – Lost property. Officer Dale Stoebe responds to report from white female, 21 years of age, brown and blonde hair, wearing gray shirt, jean shorts and pink flower in her hair at Library Park, who has lost purse with ID. Report taken.


9:16 p.m. – Indecent exposure – Officers Dale Stoebe and Jim Bell responded to employee at fairgrounds reporting a subject detained for possible indecent exposure, masturbating in public. Witness also with security. Arrest made. Released on a cite.


11:04 p.m. – Public disturbance. Officers Dale Stoebe and Jim Bell initiated activity at N. Main Street and Ninth Street. With subjects from the Fairgrounds in a verbal altercation. General services rendered.
