7:54 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at S. Main Street and Konocti Avenue. Warning.


8:54 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Students reported to be under the influence at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Arrest made. Released on cite.


9:55 a.m. – Fraud. Caller reports credit card/debit card fraud at Westamerica Bank, S. Main Street. Report taken.


11:47 am. – Traffic collision with injury. Two vehicles involved, unknown injuries, at Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


2:15 p.m. – Contempt of court. Respondent has taken custody of child. Per caller, she has custody and paperwork. Unsure if respondent has filed paperwork in Lake County. Incident was on N. High Street. General services rendered.


3:43 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Driver under the influence left five minutes ago, from Parallel Drive, in blue Pontiac, possibly headed to Hammond Avenue, Nice. General services rendered.


4:17 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Anonymous male reports gray 2000 Jeep Cherokee four-door is parked in the loading area for handicapped/striped parking at Safeway, 11th Street. Moving violation citation.


5:07 p.m. – Contempt of court. Caller reports a violation of a restraining order by calling him at home, S. Main Street. According to reporter, the order has been served. Report taken.


5:29 p.m. – Follow up. Officer initiated activity on Berry. Arrest made.


8:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at N. Forbes; 1998 Honda four-door. Moving violation citation.


10:40 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer initiated activity at 100 block of Konocti Avenue; 1997 GMC. Parking citation.
