Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, May 16

1:21 a.m. – Auto burglary. Four males in their 20s, two heavyset, in a light blue early 90s Toyota or Datsun four-door, last seen heading toward Fairview Way with a trunk in the vehicle partially open. Report taken.


1:59 a.m. – Theft over $400. Bicycle stolen from under back patio in last 1.5 hours from Clearlake Club Bar, N. Main Street. Described as Haro Men’s 20” bike. Left pedal is missing a bar. Report taken.


6:33 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer initiated activity at Park Way and Lakeshore Boulevard. General services rendered.


8:26 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Blue 1985 Nissan Pickup with faded camper shell reported stolen from open carport on First Street. Keys were in the glove box. Purse from another car at the house also taken. Report taken.


11:02 a.m. – Be on the lookout. Stolen vehicle taken from First Street between 1130 p.m. and 8 a.m. today; 1985 Nissan Pickup, had ¾ tank of fuel, blue camper shell, keys were in the vehicle. If located, contact Officer Williams, Lakeport Police Department. General services rendered.


12:42 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Rich’s Off Road Towing reports stolen vehicle, unoccupied, on Riggs Road and Scotts Creek Road. Blue 1985 Nissan pickup. Report taken.


1:14 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Woman reports her stereo was stolen out of an unlocked vehicle while house sitting on Helena Avenue. Report taken.


3:24 p.m. – Family disturbance. Anonymous female reports 10 subjects, male and female, physically fighting. She reports that they carry weapons, heard a knife mentioned on First Street. Report taken.


6:16 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer initiated activity at Park Drive and Second Street. Moving violation citation.


6:32 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Woman reports theft of her purse from her residence at First Street last night. Gives name of possible suspect. Report taken.


6:49 p.m. – Welfare check. Mother received call from 14-year-old daughter at 8 a.m. and she and her father had been in a verbal altercation on N. High Street. Now mother not able to get a hold of her daughter on her cell phone. General services rendered. Will attempt contact again later.


7:57 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Caller reports 62-year-old male not answering her from the living room. She thinks he needs an ambulance. Checks OK.


8:16 p.m. – Rape. Reported at N. High Street and Sixth Street. Occurred last night at apartments behind United Christian Parish. Reporter currently sees respondent across from her location, sitting on his porch. General services rendered. Not as reported.


11:02 p.m. – Health and safety other violations. Anonymous female reporting possible drug activity occurring now. She saw a maroon extended cab pickup pull into the park at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park, S. Main Street. A white male, 25 years of age, tall bald head, jumped out and said he would meet another person by the Laundromat. Caller believes it is a drug deal. General services rendered.


11:06 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Call received advising Secondhand hand info that man is underneath gray 4-door vehicle parked near the left far corner apartments on 6th Street. Arrest made.
