3:47 p.m. – Caller at recycling center behind Safeway having trouble with a customer who threw keys at him and got out of his vehicle as if to confront him. The subject stated he has no problem going to jail. Per caller possibly under the influence of an unknown substance. Responsible is 35 to 40 years old, tall, heavy set, white shirt, associated with another male in the white Honda. General services rendered.
