4:27 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance at Lakeport Skilled Nursing on 16th. Reported of a patient taken from the facility by the unknown subjects associated with a gold Mercedes. Patient may be at S. Main Street and may be currently moving items out of the residence. Checks OK.

9:20 p.m. – Traffic stop at Jack In The Box. Report taken.

10:20 p.m. – Public intoxication reported. Northbound on S. Main, Lake County Publishing. Drunk female walking in the roadway. General services rendered.
