7:50 a.m. – Health and safety other violations. Fort Worth Police Department reported narcotic officer intercepted a package sent from Ft. Worth via UPS addressed to subject on N. Main, Skylark Motel. General services rendered.

7:57 a.m. – Contempt of court reported on N. Brush. Reporter received secondhand info from son that other son is at the address in violation of restraining order. Told responsible he could not come into the residence and responsible refused to leave. Reporter not on scene, available on cell. Report taken.

8:26 a.m. – Traffic accident noninjury reported. Occurred last Friday at Safeway on 11th, voicemail system not working so if no answer, try again. Report taken.

9:26 a.m. – Threats reported on N. Forbes. A 34-year-old male made general threats in the past, reporter wants to talk to an officer. Citizens assist.

10:47 a.m. – Be on the lookout. Anonymous female reported illegal small motorcycle with a male riding it without a helmet just pulled into the gas pumps at the Tower Mart on Lakeport Boulevard. Gone on arrival.

2:12 p.m. – Family disturbance at Library Park. Warning.

2:21 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Forest Drive. Parking citation.

3:19 p.m. – Coroner’s report. Lakeport Skilled Nursing. A male in his 70s or 80s passed at 1:50 p.m. General services rendered.

4:19 p.m. – Civil complaint. Caller is at Armstrong/Tunis and requests civil standby to pickup belongings from mother’s house. Caller is restrained party in restraining order with stay away. General services rendered.

5:49 p.m. – Shoplifter reported at Kmart, occurred yesterday. Has suspect on video. Report taken.

11:20 p.m. – Pedestrian check at Fifth/N Brush. Arrest made.
