12:52 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at 11th/Mellor. Citizens assist.


2:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on S. Main. Heard someone walking on her deck. Nothing seen Area check only. General services rendered.


8:32 a.m. – Traffic stop at Kathy Fowler Chevrolet on Parallel. Warning.


10:35 a.m. – Traffic stop at Scotts Valley Road/Riggs Road. Warning.


12:24 p.m. – Public disturbance at Clear Lake High School. Can hear lots of juveniles and people yelling, in front of the gym. Heard only. General services rendered.


12:44 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses on Sayre Avenue. Reported older white Camaro driving recklessly, doing donuts and flipping people off. Last seen heading towards Main from McDonald's. Gone on arrival.


2:31 p.m. – Annoying phone calls. Reports of ongoing harassing phone calls on 16th, Lakeport Skilled Nursing. Report taken.


7:42 p.m. – Lake County Animal Control issue. Anonymous female reports a loose pit bull. Still attached to rope that broke in the back yard of the apartments next to the Victorian on N. Brush. Fence is small, only 3 feet, and not secure. Not vicious and no tags. Lakeport PD animal call.


10:45 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle at the Fifth Street Boat Ramp. Checks OK.


11:14 p.m. – Illegal entry reported on first. Reports a trespasser outside the residence fled on foot. Possible Indian male adult wearing a white shirt. Last seen hearing toward the front of Willopoint then immediate left before the bridge, believed to still be in the park, no longer has any kind of visual. Gone on arrival.
