3:31 a.m. – Welfare check on Martin. Caller called rambling on about her elderly neighbor who has had his lights off for the last four hours. Caller wasn’t making a lot of sense. Central requests welfare check. Report taken.

6:08 a.m. – Welfare check at Fairgrounds Village Mobile Home on Martin. Checks OK.

7:46 a.m. – Traffic stop at 11th/Central Park Avenue. Warning.

7:51 a.m. – Traffic stop at S State Hwy 29/Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.

11:49 a.m. – Lake County Animal Control. Clipper Lane. Reports a van all closed up in the sun with a small dog whimpering inside in the parking lot at Safeway. Referred to another agency.

11:51 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses reported on Forest Drive near Hillcrest per the reporter, red Chevy convertible parked on the road with expired registration, vehicle also has broken windows. General services rendered.

12:05 p.m. – Fraud. Someone posed as Aladdin Bail Bonds saying caller's boyfriend was in jail and they needed money. Report taken.

2:46 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses reported on Lily Cove/S. Main. Warning.

5:29 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported at Library Park. Seven to eight juvenile skateboarding in front of the Carnegie Library per the caller, there has been recent vandalism and he would lie them to leave. Warning.

5:41 p.m. – Civil complaint reported. Her estranged husband took her car today and is planning to leave the county. Caller and her father have him at an address in the Oaks and are requesting someone respond to assist. General services rendered.

7:20 p.m. – Traffic stop at Legacy School, Parallel Drive. Checks OK.

9:30 p.m. – Simple battery reported on 11th. Female saying her son was just assaulted by an unknown male. Report taken.
