11:59 a.m. – Meet with subject at Clearlake High at office. Caller was driving past Lakeshore Boulevard and Ashe and a male subject in a dark blue Ford truck took a picture of him, then made some gestures at him. General services rendered.

2:44 p.m. – 911 Hang up from Bruno’s Foods. Heard subjects pressing buttons/high-pitched sounds on call back. Warning.

3:28 p.m. – Fraud reported at Bruno’s Foods. Male subject trying to cash a check. Ongoing problems with fraud check from subject. Report taken.

5:01 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. High/13th. Warning.

5:21 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/Third. Warning.

5:59 p.m. – Suspicious person reported at Lily Cove Avenue/Esplanade. White male adult hanging out in the area, caller has seen him before but he doesn’t belong, she is concerned and knows he’s been arrested for DUI in the past, she would like him check out. Checks OK. Subject is fishing.

10:24 p.m. – Bar check at TJ’s. Checks OK.

11:35 p.m. – Traffic stop at 13th/Hartley. Warning.
