Responsible associated with white Pontiac Grand Prix. Last seen heading towards Longs in the parking lot. Caller associated with Ford Escort. Generals services rendered, checking the area.

3:47 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at McDonald’s on Todd Rd. Checks OK.

8:21 a.m. – Problem with a subject on S. Forbes. Individual makes report at police department regarding a problem with someone messing with her locks. Gone on arrival.

10:53 a.m. – Annoying phone calls on Fourth. Report taken.

2:21 p.m. – Follow up on N. High. Arrest made.

3:06 p.m. – Small blue Honda southbound on Main Street pulled into the Exxon, was swerving all over the roadway and through a stop sign. Gone on arrival.
