5:39 a.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29/11th. Arrest made.

8:40 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Report of a vehicle parked in disabled spot without placard at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Caller is nearby and available on cell if needed but will not be in the parking lot as he doesn’t want a confrontation. General services rendered.

10:29 a.m. – Public disturbance reported at Westamerica Bank. Man is yelling at the staff and they would like him removed. He is refusing to leave, banging on the counter. Gone on arrival.

12:45 p.m. – Report of a male under the influence of drugs, dancing around doing karate moves and passing out joints at the Department of Motor Vehicles. Gone on arrival.

2:35 p.m. – Woman reports that her 25-year-old grandson is inside the residence on Martin throwing furniture. Arrest made.

2:59 p.m. – Report of hearing a female screaming “call the police” and saw a male drive away with her in a small blue car last seen westbound on 20th Street. Incident location was on Giselman, Sunshine Manor. General services rendered.

8:25 p.m. – Welfare check requested; subject contacted the caller and told her that person was yelling at her and caller is afraid it may be in progress. Incident location on Palm Drive. Report taken.

8:30 p.m. – Family disturbance reported, secondhand information that subject was screaming and breaking things in the residence. Caller is concerned as the responsible is bipolar and lives with boyfriend, but unknown if he is home. Incident on N. High. General services rendered.

11:06 p.m. – All night body shop that is located on N. High is being extremely loud tonight; caller would like them quieted down. Warning.
