12:40 a.m. – Traffic stop at N. High/20th. Warning.


1:42 a.m. – Traffic stop at S. State Highway 29/Highway 175, Middletown. Checks OK.


8:20 a.m. – Theft of cell phone reported at Bruno’s Foods. Report taken.


10:09 a.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/First. Arrest made.


10:16 a.m. – Suspicious person reported at K Mart. Male subject hanging around store for three days now … subject has been collecting carts and asking for a sleeping bag. Warning.


12:03 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer initiated activity at US Postal Service. Civil assist.


1:47 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main/Seventh. Checks OK.


4:04 p.m. – Pedestrian check at Tunis/11th. Warning.


4:06 p.m. – Juvenile problems reported across from water plant and senior center. Eleven-year-old riding a go-cart on street on Konocti Avenue. Gone on arrival.


5:30 p.m. – Report of a man outside in a red Civic hitting a dog on Starr. Gone on arrival.


6:50 p.m. – Large white van occupied by one, currently north bound on Lakeshore just passing Rainbow Road. Cab full of smoke and can smell marijuana. Incident location was 20th/Lakeshore. Gone on arrival.


7:35 p.m. – Traffic stop at Asian Dragon, S. Main. Warning.


9:32 p.m. – Family disturbance. Caller is landlord of house. Received a call from a neighbor saying they hear banging and thinks there is a fight occurring at first location. Reported stated he has a history of domestic violence with past girlfriends. Location on N. High, gone on arrival.
