4 p.m. – Threats reported at the Department of Motor Vehicles; person was threatening an employee because he couldn’t get his driver's license. Respondent left in vehicle with a white camper shell last seen heading towards Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.
5:11 p.m. – Contempt of court, 10-21 detail regarding violation of child custody orders. Incident location was N. Forbes, Lakeport Police Department. General services rendered.
