12:05 a.m. – Traffic stop at Third Street boat ramp. Checks OK.
12:56 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at Forbes Apartments, S. Forbes. Warning given.
1:05 a.m. – Bar check. Officer initiated activity at Buckhorn Club, N. Main. Checks OK.
1:31 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Report of an intoxicated female sitting near a vehicle in front of the residence and juveniles running up and down the street causing a noise disturbance on 14th Street. Warning given.
3:51 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer initiated activity at Lakeside Lanes on Lakeport Boulevard. Checks OK.
4:16 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer initiated activity at Willow Tree Plaza on 11th Street. Warning.
7:12 a.m. – Shots fired. Officer initiated activity at N. Main/16th. Checking on shots in the area. Gone on arrival.
4:33 p.m. – 911 Hang up. Disconnect before pickup on call back spoke with a female who sounded evasive and when asked her name she disconnected again. Checks OK.
5:08 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Anonymous female reported do not broadcast, respondents have a scanner. Possible driving to the are of 11th ST from the 1st location and he is very drunk. Incident location was S. High/Martin. General services rendered.
5:10 p.m. – Family disturbance reported. Girlfriend was hitting respondent with her fists, responsible left the residence. Neg weapons, no medical needed. Report taken.
5:29 p.m. – Welfare check. Report that person is at the police department and was wandering between there and the bus stop on Main and Third, waiting to catch a bus out of county. She has no money and nowhere to stay and said she will be waiting on a sidewalk. She has family in Middletown but refuses to ask them for help as they have verbally abused her. She is denying any medical problems and does not want to harm herself. Gone on arrival.
6:17 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. White van swerving all over the roadway. Last seen heading turning on to Hartley from Clearlake Avenue. Incident location was 11th, Safeway. Unfounded.
6:44 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer initiated activity at Hwy 29/Hill Road overpass. Disabled. General services rendered.
10:49 p.m. – Traffic stop at Apple Rain. Warning given.
11:05 p.m. – Traffic stop at Molly Brennan's. Warning given.
11:14 p.m. – Bar check. Officer initiated activity at Clearlake Club Bar. Checks OK.
