9:57 a.m. – Commercial burglary reported at First Nail on Lakeport Boulevard. 459 to business. Report taken.

10:49 a.m. – Fraud reported at Safeway. Woman lost her credit card at Safeway, and then it was used at the same location. Report taken.

11:24 a.m. – Other burglary reported on Lupoyoma Circle, reported 459 to boat. Report taken.

11:52 a.m. – 911 hang up. California Highway Patrol in Ukiah received a call and could hear a female in the background and the dispatcher thought she heard the female say help. Incident location was on K Street. General services rendered.

12:52 p.m. – Theft over $400 at Grocery Outlet. General services rendered.

12:55 p.m. – Theft over $400 reported, 10851 occurred within the last 30 minutes at Grocery Outlet. Vehicle description. White 1997 Toyota Camry. General services rendered.

1:47 p.m. – Report of a possible 594PC sometime during the night. Report taken.

2:06 p.m. – Health and safety/other violations. Mendocino County Sheriff reports theft of medical marijuana from Redwood Valley 10 minutes ago. Suspects last seen heading east bound on Hwy. 20. Vehicle is a silver Honda Accord with tinted windows and chrome rims. Possibly occupied by two males. Incident location was E. Highway 20, Upper Lake. General services rendered.

2:17 p.m. – Attempted suicide reported. Male subject, 31 years old, feels suicidal. He took seven soma’s. Referred to another agency.

3:24 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Vehicle parked in the bike lane and no one around at Cedar Cove Lodge. General services rendered.

4:07 p.m. – Traffic stop at S. Main St. and Helena Ave. Warning given.

4:36 p.m. – Traffic stop at Giselman and Lakeshore. Warning given.

5:07 p.m. – Health and safety/other violations. Package with HNS at United Parcel Service. Report taken.

5:41 p.m. – Vehicle parked sideways in the handicap parking spot at Bruno’s; it has DP plates, but it is taking up two spots. Gone on arrival.

6:47 p.m. – Wallet taken from grocery cart at Grocery Outlet. Occurred 30 minutes ago. Report taken.

8:23 p.m. – CHP in Ukiah reported a vehicle rollover in front of transfer station on Martin. Unknown injuries, can hear people crying in the background. Outside agency assist.

9:49 p.m. – Manager at McDonald’s reporting accident in the parking lot. Respondent still on scene, code 4, possibly 23152 VC. Report taken.

10:02 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeport Blvd and Larrecou Lane. Warning given.

11:45 p.m. – Welfare check. Received a 10-21 from boyfriend saying he needs to go to the hospital and she can’t leave her friend’s house in Kelseyville. He has hydrocephalus (tumor on the brain). Contacted him, said he does not want an ambulance and that he is walking down Main St. with a headache and needs to go to the ER but it isn’t an emergency. He disconnected saying he had someone on the other line. Checks OK.
