12:54 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at Lake County Chamber of Commerce. Checks OK.

2:00 a.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeport Blvd and S. Main. Warning given.

2:44 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle at 10th St. and N. Tunis. Parking Citation.

9:24 a.m. – Barking dog coming from somewhere on Hillcrest Drive, officer will be able to hear it once he gets there. Nothing heard.

5:27 p.m. – Contempt of court. Ex-wife will not let him visit children this evening. He has court papers showing he should have visitation on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Report taken.

5:28 p.m. – Mendocino County Sheriff requests welfare check. Subject left Thurston Honda in Ukiah. Subject acting strange and rambling. Occurred approximately 15 minutes ago. While sheriff’s office was at subject’s residence, the neighbor advised she was at the Mallard House in Lakeport. Gone on arrival. Subject has not stayed there since Oct. 31.

6:20 p.m. – Malicious mischief/vandalism reported. Someone just busted out the window to his vehicle parked in front of residence. Caller heard a loud noise and when he looked outside a couple of people jumped in to a car and fled down Parallel towards the Hopland Grade. Report taken.

6:54 p.m. – Public disturbance reported on Lakeshore Blvd. Report of a loud party at the house south of the residence, has been ongoing for hours. Warning given.

10:18 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard and Lange. Warning given.

10:25 p.m. – Traffic stop at Lakeshore Boulevard and Lange. Warning given.

10:35 p.m. – Traffic stop at Hartley and 17th Street. Warning given.

10:44 p.m. – Traffic stop at Jack In The Box. Moving violation citation.

11:05 p.m. – Traffic stop at Highway 29 and Highway 175. Warning given.

11:05 p.m. – Trespassing reported at Konocti Vista Casino. Has suspect detained for 602, Code 4 at this time. Arrest made.
