3:15 a.m. – Report of someone trying to break into Lake County Dialysis Clinic. General services rendered.

2:04 p.m. – Traffic stop at Hwy 29 and 11th St. Warning given.

3:26 p.m. – Welfare check requested on man's 33-year-old wife. Caller states she called and left a voice message and sounded very upset. He is out of town and is concerned because she has been depressed lately. If she is home, there should be a silver Chevy Corsica there. General services rendered.

8:32 p.m. – Problems with juveniles reported. Four juveniles hanging out at house across the street. They aren’t doing anything wrong, just standing outside laughing. Request drive through only. Gone on arrival.

9:16 p.m. – Officer initiated activity at Westside Park. Suspicious vehicle; checks OK.

10:28 p.m. – Traffic stop at N. Main and 5th Street. Warning given.
