12:01 a.m. – A woman reports that she and her boyfriend were assaulted near Library Park. She had to clean him up, they are denying medical. Central requesting welfare check. Report taken.


2:02 a.m. – A man is honking his horn uncontrollably and was laying his head on the steering wheel, possibly drunk, at the Lake County Chamber of Commerce.


2:31 a.m. – Caller reports seeing a couple of male juveniles running around his residence and breaking bottles; they are no longer on scene. Gone on arrival.


3:29 a.m. – Report of hearing a large party in the area of Second St. annex.


4:08 a.m. – Heard someone just throw a beer bottle somewhere in his back yard. General services rendered.


6:03 a.m. – Vehicle parked in a handicap spot for a couple of hours at USA Gas & Mart, owner is not on scene. Checks OK.


11:14 a.m. – Woman with black hair driving a van near Main and Esplanade with marijuana hanging out the back. Gone on arrival.


12:07 p.m. – Caller thinks he saw a subject at the Grocery Outlet that’s wanted. Per the caller, the subject is doing laundry in the laundromat, but is going back and forth from the Grocery Outlet. Checks OK.


2:49 p.m. – Vehicle rollover crash reported on Soda Bay Rd/Waldo Lane in Kelseyville.


3:58 p.m. – Report of a verbal disturbance, man may be on a bicycle and may have left the area near Fairgrounds Village Senior Park. Arrest made.


7 p.m. – Several cars at Library Park are playing loud music; area business would like them to turn it off as they are disturbing customers. General services rendered.


9:33 p.m. – Neighbor was running around the parking lot at Forbes Apartments, screaming and talking to himself, and now can be heard banging stuff around. Gone on arrival.
