12:01 a.m. – Forty people, mostly juveniles, in the camping area below the livestock building at the fairgrounds on Martin Street being loud, driving their loud trucks and being generally rowdy. At one point, caller saw the parties with boxing gloves on and saw some juveniles lighting matches. General services rendered.
2:20 a.m. – Loud group of people in front of the house and a car hot-rodding down the road on 16th Street.
6:50 p.m. – Multiple people reported to be trespassing at the residence having a party without permission. Approximately five females and five males that have been drinking on N. Forbes. General services rendered.
8:40 p.m. – Report that a car has blocked several vehicles from leaving the fair, located in the upper parking lot, and the owner is no where to be found. Gone on arrival.
10:51 p.m. – Report that a blue vehicle occupied by a female/male has been parked in front of club house for approximately three hours, not recognized as a resident of the park at Lakeport Lagoons. Checks OK, has vehicle problems.
