10:13 a.m. – Caller reports her 96-year-old mother is out of her head, yelling and screaming and trying to get out of the residence, possible dementia. Fairground Village Mobile Home Park. General services rendered.
11 a.m. – Welfare check requested. Caller from Pioneer Fireplaces in Kelseyville reported he was on the phone a few minutes ago and subject dropped the phone and never picked it up. Checks OK.
12:52 p.m. – Male subject reportedly walking around shooting a paint ball gun near the employee fair entrance behind the apartments. Gone on arrival.
1:01 p.m. – Toddler and another child are in a blue/gray Dodge Caravan parked on the aisle closest to all the stores in front of Safeway with the windows only open about an inch. Reported could hear the baby crying. Checks OK.
2:25 p.m. – K-Mart employee was just hit by a car, and the car left. Victim denies medical. Arrest made.
3:32 p.m. – Report that a green Toyota Sienna van parked at the end of the parking lot near Ceridono’s Hair Co. has been there over a week and is possibly occupied by one man; caller believes he’s living inside the van. Gone on arrival.
4:49 p.m. – Ongoing problems reported with brother, who is driving intoxicated from the Clearlake Club Bar.
5:06 p.m. – Pedestrian hit by a vehicle at Main and First St. Report taken.
7:28 p.m. – Male living in a green Toyota van in the parking lot at Ceridono’s Hair Co. Warning given.
8:18 p.m. – Dog is locked in a vehicle for the last three hours and the dog is howling. The window is open and the car is running the owner is in Molly Brennan’s. Checks OK, dog is OK.
11:10 p.m. – Two or three males are sitting in front of the callers home and have been there for at least an hour; unknown what they are doing. On N. Russell, general services rendered.
11: 43 p.m. – Several people outside banging on the windows; caller heard them run away. Request area check only. Gone on arrival.
