1:02 a.m. – Officer initiated activity on Manzanita. Officer will park on Seventh and walking into the area to talk to subject and look for another.
8:53 a.m. – Report that a person was trying to run another person over while she was trying to get out of the pickup and the child in the vehicle was screaming and was still in the vehicle when the subject left. Subject told her that he was going home to the Aqua Village Mobile Home Park.
3:22 p.m. – Report of a suspicious person at Kmart. An elderly lady is standing by a red and brown-colored pickup near the main entrance and has been licking a plastic bag for approximately 30 minutes.
3:28 p.m. – Sacramento Sheriff’s Office requested a welfare check and would like subject to be evaluated for 5150. He has been calling and threatening a Sacramento resident that if his wife doesn’t come home he is going to start “hurting innocent people.” Subject was reported to be at the Clearlake Marina Mobile Home Park in Lakeport.
3:37 p.m. – Report of a shoplifter earlier today and just seen on video review at the Grocery Outlet. Report taken.
6:23 p.m. – Employee at the Grocery Outlet reporting that an Hispanic male adult in his 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds, curly Mohawk bleached hair in board shorts, flip flops with a large blue parrot on his shoulder is being rude to patrons and store employees and refusing to leave.
