BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-18) on Thursday November 8, 2018, 9:35 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license for A-Type 2 outdoor permit to allow up to 10,000 square feet of outdoor cultivation area.
