NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 09-26 of George Neilson in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a six foot high fence consisting of chain link with privacy slats within the required front yard area on property located at 80 Rocky Point Road, Lakeport, APN# 029-242-02. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., August 20, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 26, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
