NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT #09-03 of Robert Strauss in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow a six foot maximum height fence within the front yard and including two gates, one electrically controlled, and a man door on property located at 6131 State Highway 20, Lucerne, and further described as APN# 034-111-16. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., April 16, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 22, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the office of the Community Development Director, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
