NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 22, 2024, no earlier than 9:05 a.m., in the Lake County Board of Supervisors Chambers, located on the first floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA for consideration of a proposed Use Permit Extension (UPX 24-01); CEQA Exemption (CE 22-12), to approve an extension for UP 22-06 to allow for four (4) 197’ tall temporary meteorological towers on two parcels.

Applicant: Morgan Valley Wind Farm LLC; Location: 25650 Morgan Valley Road and 10888 Rocky Creek Road, Lower Lake (012-014-02 and 012-014-08).

The hearing will take place both in-person and via Zoom.

The agenda, Zoom information, staff report, and attachments will be posted online a minimum of 72 hours prior to the hearing on the County’s website at: https://countyoflake.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
