NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration and approving a minor use permit (MUP 07-16) based on Initial Study 07-17 for Richard Kuehn in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow a connector road to be constructed. The property is located at, 14010 Sanns Ct. and 325 Round Mountain Rd. Clearlake Oaks, CA. and further described as APN 006-480-42 and 006-560-37. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., March 5, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 11, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
