The County of Lake, California is soliciting sealed proposals from a qualified consulting firm to prepare an update of the 6th Cycle (2019-2027) Housing Element.

This project includes reviewing the draft Housing Element Update (2019-2027), Lake County General Plan and the State of California Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) letter dated January 7, 2020 and develop and revise the draft Housing Element Update to reflect current conditions, County policies, emerging issues and changes needed to meeting the housing requirements as mandated by HCD.
