A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-33) on Thursday February 28, 2019, 9:40 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: Vernon Eldred.
Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license, one A-Type 3 outdoor to allow a total of 43,560 s.f. of canopy area and 60,900 square feet of outdoor cultivation area, including two 3,150 square foot greenhouses.
Location: 2210 Ladder Ridge Road, Upper Lake, CA; APN: 201-051-13 and 201-051-014 (merged).
