Mark and Maureen Middleton: Minor use permit to allow accessory structure to exceed dwelling space

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use (Collector) Permit (MUP 18-54) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., January 30, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on February 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant/Owner: Mark and Maureen Middleton.

Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 27.11(ak) and 50.4(a), approval of a collector’s permit to allow the accessory structure space to exceed the dwelling space by 960 sq. ft.

Location: 15125 Poppy Lane, Middletown, CA 95461. APN: 014-091-17.
