NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A Mitigated Negative Declaration
AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Major Use Permit (UP 18-01) on Thursday, January 24, 2019, 9:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. Applicant: HORIZON TOWER, L.L.P.

Property owner: Richard and Sherry Gubera.

Proposed project: An unmanned 85 foot tall green mono-leaf wireless telecommunication tower able to accommodate up to four (4) wireless communication carriers. The tower would include four (4) 36-panel antennas, each approximately 8’x18”; and up to eight (8) microwave dish antennas, approx.. 36” in diameter.

Location: 9475 Mojave Trail, Kelseyville, CA; APN: 009-004-21.
