Sandra Stouvenot: Minor use permit for commercial cannabis cultivation license

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-16) on Thursday, December 13, 2018, 9:10 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

Applicant: SANDRA STOUVENOT. Property Owner: Benmore Valley Ranch, LLC.

Proposed Project: A Commercial Cannabis Cultivation License, M - Type 3 Outdoor to allow up to 9,600 square feet of canopy area and up to 15,000 square feet of cannabis cultivation area within five cold-frame greenhouses. Each greenhouse is approximately 1,920 (20 sq. ft. x 96 sq. ft.) Location: 2976 Benmore Valley Road, Lakeport, CA APNs: 007-001-35.
