Lower Lake Methodist Church: Major use permit for construction of new church

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Major Use Permit (UP 18-02) on Thursday October 25, 2018 at 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

Applicant: Lower Lake Methodist Church. Proposed Project: The new construction and subsequent use of a 2,840 square foot church.

This Project replaces the church which was destroyed by the Valley Fire in September 2015. Location: 16264 Main Street and 16255 Second Street, Lower Lake, CA. APNs: 024-281-07 and 28. Environmental Evaluation: Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 18-07).
