James Clement: Minor use permit for carport as a collector's permit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-34 of James Clement in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow an as-built metal, 1540 square foot carport without eaves that exceeds the height limit of the Scenic Combining District, as a collector’s permit. The property is located at 7770 Brower Lane, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 007-030-34. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., October 16, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on October 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
