Geysers Power Co. LLC: Use permit extension

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Use Permit Extension (UPX 17-02) for Use Permit (UP 87-15) on Thursday, September 27, 2018, 9:15 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

Applicant: GEYSERS POWER COMPANY, LLC.

Proposed Project: Allow Productive Life of the Project. There will be no changes in the operation and/or expansion of the authorized Geothermal Power Plant and supporting infrastructure including steam fields.

The applicant shall continue to be in compliance with all previously approved Conditions of Approval in Use Permit, including any modifications and/or added conditions of approval.

Location: 20055 and 20500 Foard Road; 20095 State Highway 175, Middletown. APNs 013-058-23; 013-058-24; 013-011-35. Environmental Evaluation: Categorical Exemption (CE 18-51).
