NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Use Permit (UP 17-15), Initial Study (IS 17-36) and Design Review (DR 17-09) on Thursday June 28, 2018, 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: VICTORIA CHRISTIE. Proposed Project: Construction of a new 14,100 s.f. building that would be the headquarters for Roto Rooter Location: 3497 Stone Drive, Finley, CA; APNs: 008-021-64 and 66.
