NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-13) formerly UP 18-04 and Development Review (DR 18-03) on Thursday, June 14, 2018, 9:05 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. Applicant: INTEGRATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
Owner: FUERST FAMILY TRUST, TONY GONSALVES.
Proposed Project: To allow a 54 unit multi-family apartment, consisting of four, two story garden style walk up buildings: 18 two-bedroom, 18 three-bedroom and 18 four-bedrooms units, a 1,500 square foot community room/club house, and site amenities including a soccer/sports field, basketball court, tot lot, BBQ/picnic areas, walking path, bicycle storage, solar and covered parking.
