NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-04) and Design Review (DR 18-01) on Thursday, May 24, 2018, 9:20 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

Applicant: PALANI VELLOO. Owner: HANK LESCHER. Proposed Project: To allow an electronic gas price sign at the Middletown Chevron Station. Location: 21026 Highway 29, Middletown, CA; APN: 024-491-07.
