NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 08-30 for DAN REYNOLDS in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to for a collector’s permit to allow the total size of accessory structures to exceed the size of the residence, including construction of a new 526 square foot storage building on property located at 5975 GOLD DUST DRIVE, KELSEYVILLE, and further described as APN 008-050-84. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., August 19, 2008. Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 27, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room “C” of the Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
