Wild Diamond Vineyards Project: March 31 public scoping session

NOTICE OF PUBLIC SCOPING SESSION
FOR PROPOSED WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS PROJECT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Department will hold a public scoping session to hear comments or areas of concern related to the proposed WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS PROJECT. 

A Notice of Preparation to prepare an Environmental Impact Report was published by the California State Clearinghouse on February 29, 2016. 

The proposed project would plant vineyards, construct a winery, build a wine tasting room and create an interpretive center near the community of Hidden Valley Lake, Lake County, California. The project Applicant is WILD DIAMOND VINEYARDS, LLC. 

The project is located adjacent to Spruce Grove Road within APNs 013-060-04, 07, 09, 10, 11, and 12. 

The Notice of Preparation is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, and at the branches of the Lake County Library. 

A Draft EIR will be developed, and will be available for public review and comment at a future date.

The public scoping meeting will be held in the Community Room of the Middletown Library on March 31, 2016 at 6:30 PM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and provide comments.
