NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-20 of TOM REEDY in accordance with Lake County Code authorizes a 25% reduction or 2.4 feet of the side yard setback from ten (10) feet to seven feet six inches (7.6) to replace a 1, 100 square foot structure with a 1, 334 square foot modular home located at 12418 The Plaza, Clearlake Oaks, CA APN 035-141-14.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 24, 2016 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
