NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 15-19 of Jules Stout, in accordance with Lake County Code, to allow the establishment of a large family child care facility for up to 14 children located at 9310 Hoberg Drive, Cobb, APN 051-171-01.
This project was found to be exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Statutory Exemption § 15274(a) Family Day Care Homes, which exempts the establishment or operation of a large family day care home.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 10, 2016 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on February 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
