NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving Minor Use Permit 08-20 of First Baptist Church in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code Ordinance to allow construction of a 728 square foot addition to an existing 3,400 square foot church. The property is located at 6070 Gaddy Lane, Kelseyville, CA and further described as APN 024-021-24. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., June 19, 2008. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 25, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
