Richard Dean: Minor use permit for front yard setback reduction for deck construction

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit MUP 15-14 of Richard Dean in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a 25-percent reduction of the front yard setback from 20 feet to 15 feet to construct an uncovered deck located at 18869 Deer Hill Road, Hidden Valley Lake, CA APN 141-141-08.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., November 25, 2015 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. 

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on December 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
